Hi there, I was changing my spark plugs and ignition coils in my 2009 Chevy traverse due to a check engine light that appeared. Upon removal of the last spark plug, the ceramic araound the plug decided to break into a couple pieces, all except for one I managed to get out. The last piece I’m guessing fell into the spark plug hole.
