After it was done, it said that it could not read my game files and that I had to reinstall the game. I did so. After doing so, it no longer displayed Shadowkeep as being owned. Your #1 option doesn't work for me as I don't have said file. #2 doesn't work because I have no different hard-drive. #3 hasn't worked either.
