WebJul 23, 2014 · 2 days ago, i attempted deadlift 235lb and at the 5th reps when i tried to lift it up, the "crack" like when u crack your finger or neck, sound was there on my lower back. it was not that much pain like i cant stand up, but it was quite painful. so the i waited for 10minutes doing stretches and tried again, but could not lift because it was hurt.
