All members are trained in basic life support and first aid, and a number of members are trained to be able to provide more advanced care and medical gases. WebAbout Us Lowland Rescue Oxfordshire (OxSAR) are a voluntary Search and Rescue team. One of 34 member teams of Lowland Rescue. We are on call 24/7 to support our partner agencies; Thames Valley Police, Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service, the Oxfordshire Local Resilience Forum and other Lowland Rescue and Mountain Rescue teams.
