Plunger won't seal

WebHe had the same kind of plunger I do. He had to put it at an angle, and more towards the center of the bowl, to get a proper seal in the oval toilet bowl. I started doing that with some success. But you have to get it just right to get a good seal. I'm tired of praying for a good seal with my plunger on my toilet when it clogs.
