WebIt’s the little caramel brown orbs that you’re looking for (they don’t drop with every tree). When I did that mission recently, I had to manually move the resources to the pre-built system. It's just from trees iirc. I think it's a chance but it's fairly high. Probably get like one rubber jelly for every 5 wood.
